AstroNova Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend; Announces Date of Fiscal Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year 2016 Financial Results

WEST WARWICK, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Astro-Med, Inc., d/b/a AstroNova (NASDAQ: ALOT), a leading manufacturer of data visualization technology products for the aerospace, product identification, and test & measurement markets, today announced that on February 19, 2016 the Directors of the Company declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable on March 30, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 11, 2016.

Fiscal Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year 2016 Earnings Release and Conference Call
The Company plans to issue its fiscal fourth-quarter and full-year 2016 earnings release before the market opens on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 and host a conference call for investors and analysts that day at 9:00 a.m. ET.
