AstroNova, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALOT), a global leader in data visualization
technologies, today announced that Dubai-based flydubai has signed an
agreement to install the Company’s ToughWriter® 5 flight deck printer on
the airline’s 75 Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft.
The advanced ToughWriter 5 flight deck printer is known for its high
reliability and lower maintenance costs over its entire life cycle,
reducing repair expenses. In addition, the light weight of the
ToughWriter 5 contributes to lower operating costs and fuel savings for
the air carrier compared with other flight deck printers.
flydubai unveiled its first Boeing 737 MAX 8 with the ToughWriter 5
installed at the Dubai Airshow 2017, one of the world’s largest air show
events.
